Payment information is processed by Stripe. The Lion's Threshold does not directly store full payment-card numbers. Stripe's handling of payment information is governed by its own privacy and security terms.
Coaching agreements and related authorizations may be processed through DocuSign or another electronic-signature provider.
Information shared through applications, discovery calls, the Diagnostic Questionnaire, and coaching sessions is treated with strict confidentiality. Information may be disclosed when required by law, when reasonably necessary to address an imminent risk of harm to you or another person, to obtain legal or professional advice or respond to a claim, and to service providers used to operate the coaching practice as described above.
Information is retained only as long as necessary to evaluate your inquiry, deliver coaching services, maintain communication and business records related to a potential or active coaching engagement, and satisfy legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.
