Coaching is not therapy. The Lion's Threshold provides private life and leadership coaching services. It is not a licensed mental health practice and does not provide therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, or medical advice of any kind.
The Lion's Threshold offers private, one-on-one coaching focused on identity, leadership, life transitions, decision-making, and personal accountability. Coaching is a forward-looking, goal-oriented engagement designed to help individuals gain clarity, make decisions, and take intentional action.
Coaching is distinct from and is not a substitute for:
Freddie Gladney is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, counselor, or medical professional. When a client's needs appear to fall outside the scope of coaching — including but not limited to clinical mental health concerns, trauma, crisis situations, or relationship issues requiring licensed therapeutic intervention — Freddie may recommend appropriate licensed professional support and may suspend or terminate coaching.
Coaching results vary by individual. The Lion's Threshold does not guarantee specific outcomes, income results, career changes, or life improvements. Results depend on the client's commitment, effort, honesty, and individual circumstances.
All coaching conversations are treated with strict confidentiality. Client information may be disclosed only: when required by law; when there is a reasonable belief of imminent risk of harm to the client or another person; as reasonably necessary to obtain legal advice or respond to or defend a claim; or to service providers used to operate the coaching practice. Service providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform their services.
The Lion's Threshold is a private coaching practice operated by Gladney Family Enterprises LLC under the name The Lion's Threshold. Coaching is a standalone service — it is not sponsored by, contingent upon, or a pathway into any business, investment, or income opportunity of any kind, including any opportunity affiliated with Gladney Family Enterprises LLC.
